DrGlobe.com introduces its new technology foundation

DrGlobe.com is introducing its new web engine, a new platform for quickly building complex transaction-oriented web database applications. This new platform is based on a comprehensive set of ready-made building blocks, programs, options and object-level access rights management with complete user interface control that is faster to modify, improve and expand.

Some key parts are its web file system with unique “hyperfolders” allowing unlimited multi-level groupings of any kind of data object (records, hyperlinks, files, etc.), without duplication. Other features include a directory services, secure messaging services, agenda, dictionnary-based multi-language support and much more. This highly optimized platform is scalable, multi-database and transaction-based.

DrGlobe.com's application engine is built with “iRAD” technology. It allows faster browsing for thin-clients and is compatible with the widest range of browsers. It is also extendable with Java-based front-ends.
