Your Health Account® Basic is personal to you and you decide what essential health information to include, who should have access and what should remain confidential.

You can give access to your physician(s) to view or add records. You can also create your own sub-accounts for your children up to five years old for free.

Your Health Account® Basic in four easy steps:

1) Register online.

2) Fill in your essential health information such as emergency contacts, immunization status, special conditions and allergies, etc.

3) Order your emergency card.

4) Update your information online as needed.
