Your Health Account® Premium is personal to you and you decide what personal health information to include, who should have access and what should remain confidential.

You can give access to your physician(s) to view or add records. You can also create your own sub-accounts for your children up to five years old for free.

Your Health Account® Premium in six easy steps:

1) Register online.

2) Fill in your essential health information such as emergency contacts, immunization status, special conditions and allergies, etc.

3) Order your personal emergency card.

4) Request the relevant physicians to become Health Account® Pro members (for free) to optimize full connectivity.

5) Decide to which physicians you will grant access rights, so that they can add to and view your Health Account® information.

6) Update your information as needed.
